GUIDELINES

• Oral Long Session:
  15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A
  Total time: 20 minutes
• Oral Short Session:
  8 minutes for presentation + 4 minutes for Q&A
  Total time: 12 minutes

UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

Presentations must be uploaded on site, during the break immediately preceding your session. If your session is the first of the day, please be in the session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start to upload your presentation and perform any necessary setup.

A member of the conference staff will be available in the room to assist with the upload and to ensure everything runs smoothly.
