• Full attendee and Student fees include: attendance to all oral and poster sessions (NOT Tutorials/Workshops!);  coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail and social dinner.
• One day tutorial/workshop fee includes: attendance to the selected tutorial/workshop, coffee break and lunch during the selected event.
• Each paper must be covered by 1 Full attendee registration (not Student). A full registration covers 1 paper maximum.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made by Thursday, May 22, 2025 will be accepted. A €50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after May 22nd are responsible for the entire registration fee. Attendee substitutions, however, may be made at any time.

All refunds will be made in euros. The organization cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.

Visa Invitation Letter

Invitation Letters for visa purposes can only be issued to people who have completed the registration process and paid the registration fee or submitted an abstract. Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to the Italian embassy in their home country in order to avoid inconvenience. Please, note that the visa application process may take up to several weeks, so we strongly advise you to apply as soon as possible.

The Conference Secretariat will process official Invitation Letters upon request, to be issued as PDF documents via email. Please, contact the embassy before your appointment to confirm what documents are required.
